Neighborhood party

Every Christmas my neighborhood goes crazy. This year we had a huge party complete with a Christmas decoration scavenger hunt around the neighborhood for the kids. There was a way cool snowman with snow shooting out of his hat. There was a horse drawn carriage with jingle bells on the biggest horses I’ve ever seen. Cookies, candy, meatballs, cheese, crackers, even roasted chestnuts, and of course our famous chocolate fountain with all the stuff to dip. And at the end all the kids got a present. We all had tons of fun and I am so glad bubba, Amy, Noah, and Ethan could join us!!!!

Here are some of the extra pictures taken when we tried to get just the right shot for out Christmas cards. it was really hard because Charlee kept crying and Canden kept saying he was going to fall over and in every other picture my eyes were closed. But, I think we had a few that turned out okay.

I got my very first Tiffany necklace!!!!
It is very special because it is also a Nike necklace. My daddy got it for me. It is a woman running on the front with the Nike swoosh on the back. My mom just can't believe my dad got it for me. But my dad says it's because I don't "act" spoiled that he can spoil me. I guess that makes sense to me. I love it!

School's back!

YEAH! School is back on. I am now in the 6th grade. And, yes we rule the school. I am very excited to get back to school. I missed my friends over the summer. This year I have a man as a teacher. I hope he is nice. I was a little nervous when I walked into my new classroom, but then some of my friends called my name and waved me over to where they had saved a seat for me. I love my new bag. I decided to forgo comfort and practicality and go for style, 100% style. I just hope it last through the year and doesn’t kill my back.
